BCCO’s orchestra has evolved through the years. In the beginning, it was an adult school class like the chorus, which met and rehearsed twice a week. In later years, orchestra members have been drawn from local musicians specifically to accompany the chorus in their performances, occasionally playing an orchestral piece as well. Musicians range from junior high school students to local professionals who support BCCO’s mission.
