War Requiem Lectures

In preparation for the War Requiem, BCCO sponsored a number of community events, including a lecture series at the Berkeley Public Library, “The Pity of War”: Benjamin Britten, Wilfred Owen, and the War Requiem. Speakers also shared insight about Britten and Owen and their work with chorus members at rehearsals. We were able to capture some of these events and share them with our larger community. Thanks to our speakers and to our community partners for making this possible.
