In 2011, Ming Luke instituted a mentoring program for emerging conductors. Assistant Conductors serve a 3-year term that allows them to learn from our music director and to gain experience in rehearsals and performances. Conducting Apprentices are drawn from the local community; apprentices have included a local high school music teacher and members of the chorus.
